Prospector’s Pick Kolsch
Kolsch, 5.3% ABV
Inspired by the Colorado Gold Rush of 1858, Seven Falls Prospector’s Pick excites the senses with a golden cascade of crip, cool, and refreshing Kolsch-inspired flavors.
A clean, crisp, delicately-balanced beer with a very subtle hop character. Subdued toasted malt and light fruitiness balances with the noble hops finishing well-attenuated and refreshing.
Hefeweizen, 5.4% ABV
This brew’s name is to pay homage to all the branches and the helicopters within their ranks. Helo is a term commonly used and is just a shortened version of the word helicopter. And who doesn’t love a good helicopter?
A pale, hazy, light bodied, refreshing German-style wheat beer with a distinctive banana and clove yeast character and dry finish.
Blue Nose Brown
Brown Ale, 5.8% ABV

This brown beauty got its name from the Naval tradition called The Order of the Blue Nose. The Blue Nose heralds those cold-bodied Sailors who have proven themselves worthy of the cold arctic winds and ice as they cross into the Arctic Circle while on ship.
An English style brown ale. A malt forward beer with significant roasted malt character. Aromas and flavors of caramel, toffee, and chocolate abound with nutty finish.
IVY 100 Howizter Amber Anniversary Ale
Amber, 5.8% ABV
This isn’t a new brew, it’s just our beloved Howitzer amber ale, taking on a new design to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the Fort Carson-based 4th Infantry Division, nicknamed the Ivy Division for their use of the roman numeral IV. Through the 10th of December, we will be canning and selling Howitzer as Ivy 100.
A ruby-copper colored beer balanced between malt and hops. A distinct caramel aroma and flavor greets your palate with a pleasant malty finish.
Devil Dog Stout
Stout, 7.1% ABV

Devil Dog is a motivational nickname for a U.S. Marine. It is said by US Marines to be based on the use of “Teufel Hunde” by German soldiers to describe Marines fighting in World War I.
A very dark, sweet, moderately strong ale with smooth roasted flavors of coffee and chocolate and undertones of dark stone fruit.
Twin Tail IPA
India Pale Ale, 6.5% ABV
A twin tail is a specific type of vertical stabilizer found on some aircraft. These were used in a wide variety of World War II multi-engine designs that saw mass production, especially on the American B-25 Mitchell bombers.
Twin Tile is a hop forward beer. Cascade, Amarillo, and Centennial hops give piney, floral, and orange citrus aromas and flavors, supported by a lightly toasted malt character ending in a dry finish and pleasant lingering bitterness.
